Description: 

This shrimp species is most notable for eating starfish such as Asterinas. With this in mind a well established reef tank with peaceful tank mates and a steady supply of starfish is required for caring for these unique invertebrates long term.

Maintaining optimal calcium and trace elements levels are crucial for growth and longevity. A drip method acclimation is strongly recommended for this sensitive animal.
