When will I receive my order?

Generally, it takes 2-3 days to process your order (not including weekends and holidays). We ship out orders (livestock/drygoods) only from Monday through Thursday. If we have your order's on hand we can ship and process your order by the end of the day (11AM - 4PM EST), shipping/handling preference may add an additional time.

Time management is a must when ordering livestock. All livestock listed must shipped via Standard Overnight and/or Priority Overnight ONLY; order's with drygoods will be shipped separately if necessary.

How to opt out signature required upon arrival?

Only livestock are required for recipient signature. Leave us a note on your order regarding non-signature.

You can now sign any of your packages online using your smart mobile device or personal computer.

Keep in mind once you've opted out of our signature required policy your Live Arrival Guarantee is void, which means any DOA (Dead On Arrival) occurrence is no longer our responsibility. Sign-up and see FedEx packages coming your way, including things you buy online.

Do you offer refunds and returns? How long does it take before I get my money back?

Yes we do! For NON-LIVESTOCK returns and refunds - Generally, as soon as we received the returned product we will start releasing your refund. Usually it takes 3-5 business days to receive your money back.

How about LIVESTOCK? Yes we do! However, its case to case basis. If you've received your livestock dead on arrival we will be asking for a PROOF of DOA (Dead on Arrival) photo/video to be sent at We must be contacted within 1 hour of package delivery (FedEx posted time), along with clear photos of the dead fish both in the shipping bag and out of bag.  Verified DOA's will be fully credited towards future purchases (minus any shipping charges). On the other hand, if your return get to us alive we will start releasing your refund. Usually it takes 3-5 business to receive your money back.  For instance, We do not offer any credits for DAA-s (Deaths After Arrival); please test your tank water and know your livestock compatibilities before placing your order.
