Generally, it takes 2-3 days to process your order (not including weekends and holidays). We ship out orders (livestock/drygoods) only from Monday through Thursday. If we have your order's on hand we can ship and process your order by the end of the day (11AM - 4PM EST), shipping/handling preference may add an additional time.
Time management is a must when ordering livestock. All livestock listed must shipped via Standard Overnight and/or Priority Overnight ONLY; order's with drygoods will be shipped separately if necessary.
Only livestock are required for recipient signature. Leave us a note on your order regarding non-signature.
You can now sign any of your packages online using your smart mobile device or personal computer.
Keep in mind once you've opted out of our signature required policy your Live Arrival Guarantee is void, which means any DOA (Dead On Arrival) occurrence is no longer our responsibility. Sign-up and see FedEx packages coming your way, including things you buy online.
Yes we do! For NON-LIVESTOCK returns and refunds - Generally, as soon as we received the returned product we will start releasing your refund. Usually it takes 3-5 business days to receive your money back.
