Please allow us 2-4 days to process your order (weekends and holidays excluded). We ship out orders ONLY from Monday through Thursday from 11am-4pm EST. Shipping/handling preference or special request may add an additional time.
Time management is a must when ordering livestock. All livestock listed must shipped via Standard Overnight and/or Priority Overnight ONLY; order's with dry-goods will be shipped separately if necessary.
All livestock requires signature upon delivery. Leave us a note on your order regarding non-signature prior to finalizing transaction (keep in mind once you've opted out of our signature required policy your Live Arrival Guarantee is void, which means any DOA (Dead On Arrival) occurrence is no longer our responsibility).
Yes we do offer refunds and returns!
NON-LIVESTOCK (Dry Goods) returns and refunds - Generally, once we received the returned product we will start releasing your refund. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to receive your money back.
