When will I receive my order?

Please allow us 2-4 days to process your order (weekends and holidays excluded). We ship out orders ONLY from Monday through Wednesday from 11am-4pm EST. Shipping/handling preference or special request may add an additional time.

Time management is a must when ordering livestock. All livestock listed must shipped via Next Day Air Saver and/or Next Day Air ONLY; order's with dry-goods will be shipped separately if necessary.

Do you offer refunds and returns? When do I get my money back?

We do offer refunds and returns on Dry Goods! We do not offer returns on Livestock, but do offer refunds in the unfortunate case of a fish being DOA.

NON-LIVESTOCK (Dry Goods) returns and refunds - Generally, once we received the returned product we will start releasing your refund. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to receive your money back.

LIVESTOCK - It's case to case basis. If you've received your livestock dead on arrival we will be asking for a PROOF of DOA (Dead on Arrival) photo/video to be sent at We must be contacted within 1 hour of package delivery (UPS posted time), along with clear photos of the dead fish both in the shipping bag and out of bag. Verified Livestock DOA's will be fully refunded (minus any shipping charges). Please allow 5 to 7 business days to receive your money back. For instance, We do not offer any credits for DAA-s (Deaths After Arrival); please test your tank water and know your livestock compatibilities before placing your order.
