When will I receive my order?

Please allow us 2-4 days to process your order (weekends and holidays excluded). We ship out orders ONLY from Monday through Thursday from 11am-4pm EST. Shipping/handling preference or special request may add an additional time.

Time management is a must when ordering livestock. All livestock listed must shipped via Standard Overnight and/or Priority Overnight ONLY; order's with dry-goods will be shipped separately if necessary.

How to opt out signature required upon arrival?

All livestock requires signature upon delivery. Leave us a note on your order regarding non-signature prior to finalizing transaction (keep in mind once you've opted out of our signature required policy your Live Arrival Guarantee is void, which means any DOA (Dead On Arrival) occurrence is no longer our responsibility). 

Do you offer refunds and returns? When do I get my money back?

Yes we do offer refunds and returns!

NON-LIVESTOCK (Dry Goods) returns and refunds - Generally, once we received the returned product we will start releasing your refund. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to receive your money back.

LIVESTOCK - It's case to case basis. If you've received your livestock dead on arrival we will be asking for a PROOF of DOA (Dead on Arrival) photo/video to be sent at absolutelyfish@yahoo.com. We must be contacted within 1 hour of package delivery (FedEx posted time), along with clear photos of the dead fish both in the shipping bag and out of bag. 
Verified Livestock DOA's will be fully refunded (minus any shipping charges).
Returning LIVESTOCK must get to us ALIVE in order to successfully process your refund.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days to receive your money back. For instance, We do not offer any credits for DAA-s (Deaths After Arrival); please test your tank water and know your livestock compatibilities before placing your order.
