Livestock Shipping Policy

This policy applies to: 

FRESHWATER - SALTWATER LIVESTOCK

Shipping of live animals is risky. Unfortunately we cannot control how UPS or FedEx handles packages after they leave our facility. Their policy does not guarantee any live animals that may perish due to delays or damaged packages.

By purchasing with Absolutely Fish Naturals you agree to take full responsibility for any packages that are delayed, lost, damaged, or stolen. Any live stock that is affected by any of these cases will be non refundable. You must ship at your own risk.

In the event that a package arrives on time and the live animal arrives dead on arrival, you must contact us within 1 hour of package delivery (UPS posted time), along with clear photos of the dead LIVESTOCK (both in the shipping bag and out of bag), and a picture of the box in which the animal arrived in. Verified DOA's will be fully refunded or credited towards future purchases (minus any shipping charges).

We only ship to the 48 continental United States. All livestock is shipped via UPS Next Day Air Saver  (or UPS Next Day Air if not available) with proper temperature control packs in box. We only ship Monday-Wednesday. If you prefer a specific day to ship, please attach a note or contact us with your order describing your specific request. UPS delivery time frame varies, generally late afternoon-evening.
