Description: This fish starts off a gorgeous blue with circular swirling white lines. The juvenile coloration changes as it grows into an adult with a blue body and bright yellow horizontal stripes; a black mask with blue edging also develops on its face. This striking fish can be found in several places including Fiji, Indonesia, Maldives, and Africa. In your home aquarium, be sure to have lots of rock work to provide hiding places. Can be kept with many fish including dwarf angels. Avoid mixing with other large Pomacanthus sp. angels. This fish is especially susceptible to disease, so a UV sterilizer and protein skimmer are a MUST. Feeding pellets soaked with Vitamin C can help with disease prevention. Make sure to feed a varied diet including both meaty and veggie based foods. We highly recommend quarantine.
