The Red Alenquer Pleco, or Alenquer Red Tiger Pleco, is named after its reddish hue with distinct black stripes. These Plecos are omnivorous and do best with a varied diet. Red Alenquer Plecos only reach about 5 inches when fully grown, but can still be territorial with conspecifics. Take caution when mixing them with other Plecos.
