Description: The Black Moor Goldfish, also known as the Telescope Goldfish, is characterized by an "egg-shaped" body with large protruding eyes. Goldfish are high-waste producers, and weekly water changes with larger filters are recommended to keep the water clean. It is important to keep the water oxygenated well. Goldfish are a temperate water fish, and we do not recommend mixing them with tropical fish that prefer warmer temperatures. Do not mix with plecos, as sukcerfish can damage the slime coat on any fancy goldfish. Their average lifespan is 10-15 years. It is important to feed the Black Moor Goldfish plenty of vegetation along with a staple pellet food. Aquarium salt is a great product to use in goldfish tanks after performing water changes.
