The HiFin Knight Goby is a freshwater Goby that prefers to have some salt in the water (Salinity of 1.005-1.008). They enjoy having caves and hiding spaces, and will spend most of their time at the bottom of the tank. They can be a bit territorial, and are known to go after smaller fish, so ample caves and hiding spaces are highly recommended. They mix great with Rainbowfish, Chromides, Archerfish, and Mollies due to their preference of salt in the water. It is not recommended to mix with other bottom dwellers due to their territorialism. It is not recommended to have more than one in a tank unless it is at least 75 gallons with lots of hiding spaces. Males will have a higher dorsal fin when adults, and the females will stay a bit smaller. These unique fish would make a great addition to any brackish or hardwater tank!
