Description: Algae Blennies are herbivorous fish that are great for reef aquaria. They are voracious algae eaters and can help control hair and string algae. While this fish does grow larger, it can still be kept in tanks as small as 30 gallons. What this fish lacks in color, it makes up for through its personality! They are known for their jumping ability, so the tank should be fully covered. Do not mix the Algae Blenny with other Salarias sp. blennies in smaller aquaria.
