Feather Dusters

These filter feeding worms are usually best kept towards the bottom of a well established reef aquarium. The exposed radiole or “feather duster” is utilized by the worm to trap and direct plankton to it’s mouth and body which is protected by a paper-like tube. For best results incorporate powdered or liquid plankton based foods into the feeding regime of your reef tank. Note that as with most invertebrates, feather dusters are sensitive to significant changes in temperature, salinity, and other water parameters.
