Description: Rhino Plecos are named after the thick spikes that grow on their head, and are known to be excellent algae eaters. Take caution adding them to smaller tanks, as they can get up to 12 inches when fully grown, and will grow quickly. They have a thick "armor" and are also known as the armored catfish. Rhino Plecos will mix well with most fish in the appropriately sized tank.
