Description: The Goldflake Angel is a vibrant yellow with black on the caudal, anal, and dorsal fins as an adult. They have blue lips and a black splotch running through the eye. These angelfish are considered a "holy grail" fish to many marine aquarists. A protein skimmer and UV sterilizer are highly recommended, as this fish is very susceptible to disease. Do not mix with other large Apolemichthys sp. angelfish. This fish will appreciate a varied diet including both meaty and algae-based foods, and plenty of rock work in the aquarium.
