Description: Endemic to the Baram River in Borneo, East Malaysia, these barbs make a wonderful addition to any peaceful community tank. With a maximum size of around 2 inches, these fish do well in any tank 10 gallons or larger. Males display a bright pinkish/reddish color when they are happy and healthy. They are schooling fish, so groups of 3 or larger are highly recommended to get the best activity, as well as coloration from these fish.
