This is an awesome scavenger for any semi-aggressive tank. The Redtail Shark has an awesome deep black body, with a bright red tail that pops with the contrast. Primarily an algae grazer, Redtail Sharks prefer a little bit of veggies in their diet, as well as small crustaceans that would inhabit the algae in the wild. These guys are very territorial, so we only recommend one per tank. Be careful as they grow, as they can get more aggressive, especially come feeding time.
