Description: This Blue Moba Frontosa is native to the southern portion of lake Tanganyika, Africa (Zambia). Seen among open areas and rocky environments at depths of 6-120 meters. Tank setups should consist of a sandy substrate, areas with open space, and caves structures/ rock work to hide. Tanks mates should be chosen wisely but can work well in Tanganyika community tank with proper space. The Blue Moba Frontosa can become predatory towards smaller fish. Adult males grow a much larger hump on their foreheads then females.
