Description: A species which comes from the Red Sea and Africa. Louti Groupers are easy to keep but they get large over-time. As juveniles they are a deep black-red on the upper part of the body with a white belly and blue spots covering the whole body. As they grow into adulthood, they will be solid bright red with blue spots and a yellow crescent on the caudal fin. They should be kept with larger and more aggressive fish. Louti's like other groupers will eat smaller fish.
