Description: This peaceful fish originates from the waters around Indonesia. The Yellow-Banded Possum Wrasse is distinguishable by it's brown color with two distinct yellow, vertical bands and red eyes. It stays small at 2.5”, making it the perfect nano reef-fish. It is a bit shy and cryptic at first, but becomes more confident and outgoing as it establishes itself in the tank as long as there are no bullish tank mates. A tight fitted cover is required for the tank, as this fish has a habit of occasionally jumping. It feeds primarily on small-to-micro foods. This fish is also helpful for eating flatworms in the reef.
